This is What Happens by Design

New neural networks are created using a new form of talk therapy.

This talk therapy is used to root and reframe beliefs without imposing new ones. This is done through conscious communication. However, in hypnotherapy we work directly with the subconscious mind to create fast changes, so it's not the conscious mind we're working with. So how does this new form of talk therapy work? Well, did you know that your subconscious mind is sneaking in messages while you speak? Because, well, it is, and that's the part that's brought into alignment with you consciously, creating Rapid Release Realignmenta gentler approach to change.

A Total Frame Changer

Ground Yourself Now

There is an art to hypnotherapy that follows. Crafted, shared, and modified over two generations of trained hypnotherapists, I offer to you one word as a way to bring you reprieve. I call this technique One Word Reprieve.

Imagine your body becoming more relaxed, your mind becoming clearer, while a nice, clean feeling washes over your body so that you have instant control over what you choose to do next.

It's my special bonus, and it's like a mini vacation in one.

The best part is that this will work for you when you are ready to be hypnotized because hypnosis is a natural phenomena that occurs everyday to people, so everyone is hypnotizable.

One of the most common stages of hypnosis that people experience almost everyday is that transition of time that occurs between being awake and falling asleep.

It can take anywhere from one to three sessions to complete and on rarer occasions it might take five or seven sessions.

So if you would like to start then just say the word.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Drew Berry

#1 Atlanta Tennis Player

"I use the technique in moments of adversity. I get anxious in the moment, but I use the technique to reset myself back to calm. Before I am a 2 and after I am a 9. The technique has been working for 9 months. Still working."

Mary Ann Johnson

Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints

"Hi again, this may sound strange to you. My tongue muscles are all relaxed again. I don't have the strain of trying to talk. My childhood friend noticed I wasn't speaking as well like I used to. The strain began in my early 60s. I'm now 69. Thought I had a stroke. MRI was done. Brain is fine. Dr. wanted to send me to counseling. It wouldn't have help[ed]. Your technique and method―better."

STILL WONDERING WHAT HYPNOSIS CAN DO FOR YOU?

Your Burning Questions,

Answered Here!

"The greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places." ―Roald Dahl

Question 1: What is hypnosis and what does it feel like?

Hypnosis is an altered state of awareness that increases receptivity to suggestions. It feels like stress relief or like peace after waking from a nice slumber. During a trance state, your breathing and heart rate slows and the passage of time is commonly distorted, becoming faster or slower, just like if you were to either watch a good movie to help you pass the time or if you were to check your watch constantly throughout the night in anticipation for daylight to break.

Question 2: Are hypnosis and sleep the same thing?

Hypnosis is not the same as sleep because the brain is more active during trance than in sleep. You're able to respond, move, and talk in trance, to tell lies or to tell the truth! Some people might have these experiences as if they were sleepwalking, but the majority of people will not experience a trance state this way.

Question 3: Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No, you cannot get stuck in hypnosis because regular maintenance is required to keep a person under trance. If you have read or heard stories about people who were hypnotized and who then didn't wake up until the next day, then they could not have been in a state of hypnosis because hypnotic states need to be maintained with suggestions or activities. Once a person stops being responsive, they have started to transition into sleep and need to be awakened or their state lightened.

Question 4: Is hypnotism black magic, where hypnotists are making people do whatever they want?

No, hypnotism is not black magic. I cannot make you do anything against your will or your values. I will let you know if this changes because I am constantly on the lookout for zombies or sleepwalkers to become my slaves. Unfortunately they will only do mindless things for personal, nonsensical reasoning, and this won't change until their values to become my slaves has turned into a positive.

Question 5: Can't only weak minded people be hypnotized?

People are a lot more respectful of themselves under hypnosis than they are when they are fully conscious. It's not about whether or not your mind is strong or weak but if you are willing to be hypnotized. Willing minds are the easiest to work with because they will cooperate, which doesn't mean that they will become my slaves and cluck like chickens. It's a total illusion to say that I'm the one in control. It may look like it, but I'm not. People who are following suggestions want things to work for personal reasons. For example, if I were to ask you how was work, would asking you have made you answer me? No, it would not have, and it's the same thing with your subconscious. It will reject or accept doing things for the reasons you have. Hypnotherapy provides a safe and comfortable place for people to relax to create the changes that they want and in a super fast way. Moreover, people from all walks of life come for hypnotherapy, including Olympians who are some of the most mentally tough people in the world. Hypnosis can help you improve on something that you already consider a strength, like it could help you increase your positivity or productivity if you are already positive or productive. Hypnosis isn't just about fixing weaknesses but improving strengths. Check out my blog article on this topic if you're interested.

Question 6: Is hypnosis more dangerous than safe because I heard that people have been injured during hypnosis?

Hypnosis itself is not dangerous but in the wrong hands it can be just like a screwdriver, a book, or a toy can be. You want to work with someone who understands hypnosis well enough that they will also grasp what not to do. For example, you want to make sure you're not in a tightly enclosed space like a closet or a car when you're being put under because you don't want to randomly hit objects if you get startled. If you're drunk or high on drugs, then you are in an impaired altered state and it's the same thing except now an entire room has become restricted to a closet.

Question 7: How do I know that hypnosis will work for me?

I know that hypnosis will work for you because everyone is hypnotizable, but if you have doubts you'll want a consultation with me because there's a 93% success rate and I like to increase that statistic with a free discovery call. I work to understand the source of people's problems before I resolve them. You're not getting just a bonus with me. You're getting changes.

Question 8: Will I not be able to remember anything from the hypnosis session?

People forget under special circumstances, including things that are important, like their name. However, if it is important, then eventually they will remember it.

Question 9: What is the difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis and hypnosis is a trance state. Hypnotherapy may include talk therapy, counseling, coaching, story-making, questioning, reframing, and various other methodologies, techniques, or combinations while in a trance state or it may separate the two states.

Question 10: How effective is hypnotherapy?

According to American Health Magazine, hypnotherapy has a 93% success rate for 6 sessions compared to 38% for 600 sessions in Psychoanalysis, and 72% in 22 sessions for Behavioral Therapy. You can save a lot more time and money with hypnotherapy. Some methodologies in hypnotherapy may even prove faster and/or more effective than others. The more effective ones are comprehensive in their approach and the faster ones work more with the subconscious. You want a good balance of both when it comes to trauma.

Question 11: "Will I be put in a trance, and when I wake up, I'll be all better?"

Well, that's not how it works, not entirely. Problems can't always be fixed in a day even with Rapid Release Realignment(TM). This is because problems are multifaceted and require a series of sessions depending on the complexity or desired outcome (on average 3-5). Yet, hypnotherapy is the fastest way to make changes. I generally use various tools and techniques to help people notice improvements and results within their first session, and even my audio hypnosis recordings have been found to be very soothing.
